This study examines the leadership strategies and styles adopted during organizational change at Etisalat. The analysis focuses on the management reshuffle and internal change process reported in 2015, with particular attention to the role of leaders in communicating vision, motivating employees, reducing resistance, and supporting implementation. A descriptive case-based approach was combined with survey data from 50 team leaders working in the organization. The results show that leadership was widely perceived as important to the success of change initiatives, and transformational leadership emerged as the dominant approach. Most respondents believed that the adopted leadership approach improved employee performance and supported change management activities, while all respondents indicated that leadership approaches should continue to be used for future organizational benefit. The findings suggest that clear communication, visible commitment, accountability, and employee engagement are central leadership requirements during periods of change.
